CHAD FRANKS

LabWise Leadership is the brain child of Chad Franks. Chad’s background in both general education and special education across all grade levels provides him with a wide array of experiences to draw from as he leads students and adults to success. He specializes in providing professional development and leadership development opportunities, and his expertise includes ADD/ADHD, leadership development, mental health, social-emotional learning, and special education advocacy and education.

Chad’s commitment to his profession and dedication to student growth have been recognized by his peers. He has been invited to present at conferences such as the IACTE Conference and ISTA Good Teaching Conference, as well as leading various professional development sessions.

Special Education Advocacy

In addition to his role as an educational consultant, Chad serves as a special education advocate. He is deeply committed to ensuring students with special needs receive the support and resources they need to thrive in the educational setting. Building strong relationships with students, teachers, and families is a cornerstone of Chad’s work. He can often be found in the hallways, classrooms, and special activities, actively engaging with the school community.

Chad volunteers with Autism on the Seas, where he works alongside a team of volunteers to provide support for families and their children with disabilities while on vacation. This commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond the educational realm and into the lives of individuals and families in need.
